Plans, billing, and credits

Open Billing from the account menu in your dashboard.

Brea has two plans, Starter and Pro, billed monthly or yearly. Starter includes up to 3 integrations and the base AI model. Pro removes the integration limit, adds more model choices on the Model page, and comes with faster support replies. Current pricing is at brea.ai.

  1. On the Billing page, click Change plan.
  2. Pick the new plan under Switch to.

The change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated against your current billing cycle.

AI usage is paid with credits. Your plan includes a set amount each month; the Billing page shows how much and when it resets. When credits run out, Brea stops working until you add more. See Out of credits.

To buy more, click Buy credits in the credits section and pick an amount between $10 and $500.

To add credits automatically when your balance runs low, open Auto top-off, check Enable auto top-off, set the threshold and top-up amount, and click Save. This requires a saved payment method. Buying credits once saves your card.

Click More Options on the Billing page. It opens the billing portal where you can update your payment method and download invoices.

Brea keeps working while the charge retries. Update your card under More Options. If payment keeps failing until the subscription is canceled, Brea and her data are deleted.

On the Billing page, click the trash icon next to your agent and confirm Delete agent. This removes Brea, her connected channels, and her credits, and the remainder of the billing cycle is prorated. To close your account entirely, see Delete your account.
