Sign up and say hi

You sign up with your phone number. You don’t need a password or a credit card. Every account starts on the Free plan.

1. On your phone, go to app.brea.ai/start.
2. Enter your phone number and tap Continue.
3. Enter the code we text you and tap Continue.
4. Wait a few seconds while the page says “Setting up Brea”.
5. On the Say hi to Brea. screen, tap Text Brea. Messages opens with “Hi Brea” filled in. Send it.
6. Tap Save contact to add Brea to your contacts.

Brea replies to your first message. It doesn’t text you first.

If you sign up on a computer

The last screen shows Brea’s number. Text that number from your phone. You can find the number again at any time on the iMessage page in your settings.

Text from the phone you signed up with

Brea answers only the phone number on your account. If you text from a different phone, you get no reply.

If something goes wrong

• “Another Brea account uses this number.” You already have an account with this phone number. Sign out, then sign in with this number.
• “Something went wrong.” Tap Try again. If it fails again, contact support.

Sign in later

To open your settings, go to app.brea.ai/settings. If you’re signed out, enter your phone number and the code we text you.
