Brea isn't replying

Work through these checks in order:

  1. Make sure you’re texting from the phone number you registered. Brea ignores messages from any other number, with no reply and no error. Check the number on the Messaging page in your dashboard.
  2. Give long tasks a minute or two. Brea reports back when the work finishes.
  3. Check the app’s status on the Messaging page. If the card shows Needs attention, click Reconnect.
  4. If Brea’s last message was “This agent is out of credits”, see Out of credits.
  5. Restart Brea. Open Maintenance in your dashboard and click Restart.
  6. Try another channel. If iMessage is down, Telegram or the dashboard Chat tab usually isn’t, and the conversation carries over.

Open a ticket. Include roughly when you sent your last message and which app you sent it from.
