Automations
Automations are tasks Brea runs on a schedule, like inbox triage or follow-up reminders. Manage them from the Automations page in your dashboard.
The Automation library on that page includes ready-made automations:
- Inbox Zero Operator: cleans, labels, and archives email, and drafts replies so only real decisions reach you.
- Reply In My Voice: drafts replies using the thread, your tone, and your past emails.
- Follow-Up Until Answered: tracks unanswered emails and drafts polite nudges until there’s a reply.
- Decision Memo Writer: researches options, compares tradeoffs, and writes a recommendation.
Two things to know before you start:

Email automations create drafts in Gmail. Brea never sends email for you.
