Open a support ticket
- Go to app.brea.ai/dashboard/support.
- Click Submit a ticket.
- Pick a Category and write a short Subject.
- In Description, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Attach screenshots if you have them. Up to 10 files, 25 MiB each.
- Click Submit.
Replies show up on the ticket itself, on the Support page. You won’t get an email notification, so check back there. If the status changes to Waiting on you, support needs an answer from you before they can continue.
Response times depend on your plan: Pro gets a reply within 1 business day, Starter within 2 to 3 business days.
