Out of credits

When your credits run out, Brea stops working until you add more. Over text she replies “This agent is out of credits. Add credits to keep chatting.” In the dashboard, chat shows a credits alert with a link to Billing.

Add credits

1. Open Billing in your dashboard.
2. In the credits section, click Buy credits.
3. Pick an amount, or choose Custom amount. The minimum is $10 and the maximum is $500.
4. Complete checkout.

Keep it from happening again

Turn on auto top-off, which adds credits when your balance drops below a threshold:

1. On the Billing page, open Auto top-off.
2. Check Enable auto top-off.
3. Set the balance threshold and the amount to add, then click Save.

Auto top-off needs a saved payment method. Buying credits once saves your card. If you see “Auto top-off was declined”, update your card under More Options on the Billing page.

Your plan also includes credits every month. The Billing page shows how much is included and when it resets.
